We also believe that each resident should receive individualized treatment to ensure that he or she achieves the highest level capable, of physical, mental and emotional well being.
Our nursing staff provides optimum care on a 24-hour continuum. Our experienced Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses provide physician prescribed treatment. They also perform basic personal care such as nutrition monitoring, glucose testing and skin care.
Highly qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) provide the majority of day to day personal care to residents. The care they give includes, but is not limited to, feeding, bathing, oral care, range of motion, turning, changing, and so forth. Our C.N.A.’s and Nurses understand and recognize the uniqueness of each resident and promote individuality and independence while maintaining the highest level of care possible.
With our superior medical and nursing staff, we can service all types of medical conditions and illnesses including the special needs of Alzheimer’s and Dementia candidates.
While caring for residents is our primary task, we also believe that the residents' families deserve care as well. Entrusting the care of a loved one to a nursing center is never an easy decision. Families often experience complicated emotions, varying from anxiety to guilt to relief. By selecting Mulberry Square Elder Care & Rehabilitation Center, you will know that you and your loved one will receive Care from the Heart.
