Mulberry Square Elder Care & Rehabilitation Center was purchased in 1996 by Guardian Elder Care, Inc. with Corporate Office located in Brockway, Pennsylvania.

The building is a one story brick structure that sits on a beautifully landscaped lot with a protected courtyard and lovely trees which are home to a number of species of birds. The residents enjoy bird watching from their windows, or during their outings into the courtyard. There are also several raised flower and vegetable garden beds that the residents attend to when weather permits.

The main living area inside the facility consists of a very large livingroom with a big screen televison, large aquarium, fireplace and plush furniture. This is an active area with the residents enjoying old-time movies, exercising, reading, or socializing with family or friends.

The large, elegant dining area makes dining special for the residents. They can enjoy a leisurely meal with other residents, family or friends.

The assisted living residents are within walking distance to shopping and community events. This wing of the facility has 8 beds with private and semi-private accomodations along with a separate dining area.

Transportation is available to all residents upon request.
